Welcome to Cadarga Press.  Today marks the launch of our new website, where you can browse our current range of titles, find out more about us, and discover where you can purchase our books. 

Our Aim

Our aim is to provide books which we believe will help nourish the souls of readers and encourage them towards a life of sincere and constant devotion to the Lord Jesus Christ, His Word and His Kingdom.  In this busy world in which we live, Christians today often struggle to cultivate the habit of spending time alone with God.  We get distracted and allured by many things.  As a result, our zeal for the Lord diminishes and our love for Christ grows cold.  Eventually we find that the truths which we profess to believe no longer have much impact upon who we are, or how we live in this world.

In order to help and encourage believers in their walk with the Lord, we are aiming to reprint books which we believe are rich in spiritual application.   In these books, the authors do not seek to merely fill our heads with Biblical knowledge.  But rather, with the help of God's Spirit, they attempt to apply those truths to the very hearts and souls of their readers.  We hope that by republishing these works, many readers will be drawn into a deeper love and affection for the Lord Jesus Christ, and be encouraged to pursue a life of genuine godliness for His glory.

Our Books

Currently, we offer a small range of devotional titles which are ideal for daily reading.  Our Year of Devotions Series consists of books which contain a short, Biblical devotion for every day of the year.  These devotions are typically based on a single verse or portion of Scripture, and cover a wide range of Biblical topics.  On the other hand, the devotions in our Pocket Devotions Series are centred around a common theme such as suffering, prayer, God the Father, the Lord's Supper, heaven, etc.  They are smaller in format and contain about a month of daily readings.  We plan to expand both these series in the months ahead with more reprints of well-known authors.

Lord willing, in the future we also intend to release a selection of books relating to Christian Living and Walking with God.  These titles will cover topics such as Christian Experience, Prayer, Biblical Meditation, God's Promises, Heaven and other important subjects.   In the long term, we also hope to add a range of Christian biographies, Puritan and Scottish works, Church History books and Biblical commentaries to our catalogue also.

Where to Buy

When you browse our various product pages, you may notice that there is no price displayed, and no "Add to Cart" button for you to purchase our books.  This is because our books are printed on demand, and are only available through the online retailer Lulu.

If you see a title on our website that you wish to purchase, look for the section entitled Buy at Lulu at the bottom of each title's product page.  Here you will find a list of all the available formats for the selected title:
